Which payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Laybuy.




How long will it take for my order to get to me?


It all depends on when you placed your order and where you are located. Please visit our Shipping page for delivery estimates.




Can I change the details of my order or cancel it completely?


In order to ensure that orders are despatched in the quickest time possible, our warehouse staff work extra hours that may be outside of our customer support hours. If you are needing to change any details of your order we strongly suggest that you contact us immediately. However in most cases we are not able to guarantee that we can change or cancel your order.




I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?


If you are missing an item from your order, please contact our customer support team by using the Contact Us page. It may be a situation of having to fulfil the item from a seperate warehouse and may still be coming in a second delivery.
